The service to date has been very attentive and I was particularly impressed with the discussion and information given to during my first audio consultant.
Suggested improvements
As an initial visit to Barts hospital was an error on my part (I did not realise hat consultations are conducted by vibe communication and not necessarily personal visits to clinic) I was later phoned by Barts hospital to explain the confusion.
